Competition Rules

• Entrants must be 18 and over and resident in the UK.
• Each email address supplied, including your own, will constitute an entry into the prize draw. For example, 1 entry with no referrals will result in one entry into the prize draw, 1 entry with 5 referrals will result in 6 entries into the prize draw.
• On referring a friend they will be sent an email requiring them to validate and subscribe to the Puresha newsletter. To unsubscribe friends can email hello@puresha.com
• Any misuse of the competition for spamming will invalidate all entrants' entries.
• The prize draw will take place on the 31st December 2008. The winner will be notified by email shortly after and no later than 11th January 2009.
• No purchase necessary.
• The Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The prize is 4 orders from the Puresha website worth £500 over the year. The winner can select the products he or she requires and the products will be sent on the first day of the agreed month. The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred and no cash alternative is available.
• The prize must be claimed within 28 days.
• Puresha does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to any internet service issues. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
• Entrants must supply full details as required and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prize. No responsibility is accepted for incorrectly completed entries or entries made fraudulently.
• This competition is not open to Puresha, its contractors or employees or to any person directly or indirectly involved in the running of the competition or their direct family members.
• By entering this competition you agree to receive information about eco-luxe beauty booty from Puresha. Puresha will only use your data for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy and you can unsubscribe from communications by emailing hello@puresha.com
• Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering a competition. Entrants will also be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by any extra rules that appear with the competition details.

• These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales
